METHOD OF SHIPMENT TO SPAIN
In general, the delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days. When the shipment is made, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number, which will allow you to know the status of the order at all times. If you still have not received your package within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email, please contact us.
If the shipment is to an address within the peninsula including the Balearic Islands, we use transport agencies in the mode of express delivery with a delivery time of only 48 hours, all these orders will be delivered before 19:00 pm the next day, and the customer will be notified by e-mail or sms that we have already sent your order. Only in the most remote and distant points, the shipments could be delayed to one more day, but with delivery time before 14:00 h.
If the shipment is to an address located in Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands, we use Registered Mail, which will arrive at its destination in 2 or 3 days. There is a possibility that the packages will be stopped for customs control and that an import tax (DUA) will be added.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHOD
The method of delivery is by DHL transport agency in the mode of urgent. The costs and time of this vary depending on where the shipment has to be made. The approximate time of delivery is 2-3 days for Europe, and 3-5 days for the rest of the world
There is a possibility that packages sent to areas outside Europe will be stopped for customs control in your country and that an import tax or duty will be charged by your country's customs to the recipient. We in relojesdemoda.com cannot control this and it would be impossible to know, the always changing import taxes of all the countries of the world. Seiko products will only be sent to the EU / EEA
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping costs to mainland Spain and Balearin Islands are 6.50 Euros and will be FREE when the products in your purchase exceed 50 Euros.
Shipping costs to Portugal, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are 6.50 Euros.
For international shipments within the European Union 16,90 Euros.
For shipments to the rest of the world 29,90 Euros.

RETURNS, POST-SALE AND GUARANTEE
If the item purchased in our shop, reached its destination and did not meet the specifications required in their purchase may return it. The previous procedure to manage the return will be to send an email to email@example.com within a period not exceeding 14 working days from the receipt of the product, and our team will indicate the steps to follow. The return period begins to be calculated from the same day the product is received. To return your order, you must send the purchased product with the return number assigned to it. No package will be accepted without the corresponding incident or return number, and this must be on the outside of the package in a visible manner.
In the case of returns due to causes beyond the company's control, shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
The norms in relojesdemoda.com related to the RETURNS and to the GUARANTEE of the products, are those marked by the terms of guarantee of the mark. As for the complaints and emission of invoice online the in force regulation is applied (Law of the 15/1/96 number 7/1996). That is:
- Only returns of products that comply with these characteristics will be accepted:
- They must be new and unused,
- Inside its original packaging and sealed,
- With its guarantee and corresponding manuals,

- If a refund is requested, the customer must return the product within 14 days of receiving the order, and the return costs are borne by the customer, in accordance with the Law of 15/1/96 number 7/1996. - If you request a replacement for a defective product, we undertake to collect the defective product and deliver your new product in perfect condition.
